Swedish progressive metal band EVERGREY are preparing for the release of their anticipated twelfth album and are at a stage in their career that many of their peers can only dream of. Since the release of 2014's "Hymns For The Broken", EVERGREY have made a significant musical impact with the albums "The Storm Within" (2016) and "The Atlantic" (2019) - ironically a conceptual trilogy - which is certainly very unusual for such an established band. They now want to continue this tradition with "Escape Of The Phoenix" - another heavy, melancholic and thought-provoking journey that only EVERGREY can create. The result is 11 songs that embody everything EVERGREY fans have come to expect from the band, although according to Englund and producer Jacob Hansen, "a more metal version of 'The Atlantic' with more straightforward songs was created."
