The album, fully titled "Long Walk Home: Music From The Rabbit-Proof Fence" is the soundtrack to the Australian film drama Rabbit-Proof Fence. It is also the fourth soundtrack and twelfth solo album by the former lead singer of Genesis. "Long Walk Home" was originally released on June 17, 2002. In addition to Gabriel, more than 50 different artists and groups have contributed to the soundtrack, including Tchad Blake, David Rhodes, Manu Katché, Peter Green, Blind Boys Of Alabama, London Session Orchestra and many more. The film was nominated for a Golden Globe Award, among others. Peter Gabriel's soundtrack and classic album is now back on vinyl: here is "Long Walk Home: Music From The Rabbit-Proof Fence".
