On "We The Generation", RUDIMENTAL present themselves as an influential, genre-defining collective that will once again revolutionize the global dance scene. 'Never Let You Go' is already living up to the high expectations the London-based band have raised in their past works: it's a euphoric drum'n'bass anthem that will become a summer hit around the world. And that's just the beginning, because the album is really taking off. The 14-track LP follows the highly acclaimed debut 'Home', which was released in 2013 and made RUDIMENTAL one of the few UK bands to break through this year. They received a Mercury Prize nomination for the track "Home" and won their first BRIT Award for the single "Waiting All Night" featuring Ella Eyre. The then-unknown Ella Eyre also appeared on the Brits' second album. Since then, RUDIMENTAL have made a name for themselves as discoverers and promoters of new talent and continue this trend on "We The Generation". The album features, among others, the young British singer Mahalia, who sings the title track. Anna-Marie, who has signed to the new RUDIMENTAL Major Toms label, and Will Heard were also important musical partners for "We The Generation". Of course, the RUDIMENTAL guys managed to get some already well-known guests to collaborate, including Dizzee Rascal and Lianne La Havas. The RUDIMENTAL music scene is one of the biggest and most dynamic collectives around and everyone is a part of it.
