Alessio Bax is an accomplished classical pianist known for his lyrical playing, insightful interpretations, and exceptional technique. Born in Italy, Bax graduated from the Bari conservatory at the age of 14 and went on to win prestigious awards such as the Hamamatsu International Piano Competition in Japan and the Leeds International Pianoforte Competition in the UK, which launched his international career. He has performed with major orchestras worldwide, including the London and Royal Philharmonic Orchestras, the Dallas Symphony, and the NHK Symphony in Tokyo, under renowned conductors such as Sir Simon Rattle and Marin Alsop.
