Annabel Lee delivers a wide spectrum of rock melodies spanning from pop to garage. Since 2017, the Brussels band perfected its formula and fixed its line-up around singer and guitarist Audrey, with Vankou on the bass and Hugo on the drums. The 90’s spirit from their debut is still very much a part of the recipe. A strong personality emerging through effective writing, that’s how they got noticed. Their first LP Let The Kid Go (2020) allowed the band to establish its presence within the Belgian scene and receive an award for best rock album. They have also started making a name for themselves in neighboring countries. Their French tours brought them, among many other cool places, to Le Printemps de Bourges (2021) and MaMA Festival (2022). Annabel Lee are a powerhouse live act. By continuing to share their music with an ever growing audience, they’re out to prove that their success is more than just beginner's luck. The band came out of the studio in March 2022 after working with producer Amaury Sauvé. Their second album pays particular attention to conveying the stamina of their live performances. A tangible energy owed in part to the creative process and the time invested in refining each song in the rehearsal room. Out March 2023 on Humpty Dumpty Records and Howlin' Banana Records.
