American Singer-Songwriter and Producer

Carla Olson is an American musician and record producer who has made significant contributions to the rock and country-rock genres. She first gained prominence in the 1980s as a member of the Textones, a band that blended rock with elements of new wave and country. Following her time with the Textones, Olson embarked on a solo career and became known for her collaborations with former Rolling Stones guitarist Mick Taylor. Together, they released the critically acclaimed album "So Rebellious A Lover" in 1987, which showcased their complementary guitar work and songwriting skills.
