Paul Haig is a Scottish indie musician, singer, and songwriter, best known as the frontman of the post-punk band Josef K, which was active from 1979 until 1982. After the band disbanded, Haig embarked on a solo career. His debut album "Rhythm of Life" was released in 1983 and showcased a shift from the angular guitar-driven sound of Josef K to a more synth-pop and dance-oriented style. Following that, he continued to explore various musical directions with albums like "The Warp of Pure Fun" (1985) and "Chain" (1989).
