Thomas Fey is a German conductor known for his interpretations of classical and early romantic music. He is the founder of the Heidelberger Sinfoniker (Heidelberg Symphony Orchestra), an ensemble he established in 1987 with the aim of performing works from the 18th and early 19th centuries using both modern and period instruments. Fey has gained recognition for his dynamic conducting style and his efforts to bring a fresh perspective to well-known compositions.
