Arranger Gil Evans moved away from the complex chord changes of bebop and took a modal approach to the arrangements. The result was one of Miles' best-selling albums and, along with "Sketches Of Spain", probably the best of Davis and Evans' collaborative projects. A reissue of a jazz classic. DMM mastering.
